Jasc shrugged a little.
"I... Dunno," he said, getting carefully to his feet and tilting his head back slightly in order to keep from knocking Tier off. The large green nightmaren padded off carefully after ShaKitta, wanting to keep her in sight among all these people-- figments of her imagination or not.

Tier blinked as Jasc rose, carefully taking ahold of his mane to avoid losing her grip. Tier giggled at this vantage point and ride. "Hee!"

The Shaman stood on a flat rock and looked among his people and ShaKitta. He then began speaking words that only the people and ShaKitta could understand.

KiTEN Jumped a NiGHTS ina full on, rage-filled attack. He was slashing wildly just as he was earlier, not noticing he was getting farther and farther away from his Prize.

"Does NiGHTS normally win stuff like this?" Tommy asked his amphibious "gaurdian". He was uncertain, as KiTEN looked rather confident.

"Pssh, oh, totally man. S'only one 'maren who can even come CLOSE to woopin' NiGHTS, and that's HIS twin, Reala. He can be a c'mPLETE showoff, but he can outmanuever any 'maren this side o' th'Nightmare. Any 'maren on th'OTHER side, too, if there was one... But tha's not th'point now, is it?", he said, tail wagging. Newt seemed rather chatty now that he wasn't being mobbed by KiTEN or scolded by NiGHTS. "Anyway, yeah. Nuthin' t'worry 'bout. Even if KiTEN DOES get past NiGHTS, I'll crack 'um one fer ya."

Jascs flat-topped muzzle pulled into a smile at Tiers childlike enthusiasm, moving carefully so as not to dislodge her. The creature manuevered carefully outside the group of people, sitting down again to watch ShaKitta and the shaman. Jasc wondered what he was saying-- The big 2nd level was too lazy to tap into the dreamers subconcious to get a translation.

Chocolate Hills -

NiGHTS hopped from one foot to the other, evading KiTEN's attacks without ever fully touching the ground. Once he was satisfied with their distance from the dreamer, the purple Nightmaren flashed KiTEN a cocky smirk.
NiGHTS promptly Paralooped. The attack wasn't strong enough to defeat a Nightmaren of KiTEN's class, but it would be enough to lower his energy considerably if he failed to escape!

Jammin' Island -

Tier scrambled onto Jasc's nose, blinking at the gibberish. "Hey, ShaKitta! What's going on?"

Quietly enough so that only he and the dreamer could hear it and NiGHTS wouldn't be distracted, Newt cheered. "Woo, go NiGHTS, yeah! Who da 'maren, WHO DA 'MAREN~ Wooh, wooh, wooh~"
Newt... was a silly 'maren.

Jasc splayed his forelegs, carefully lowering down to his stomach and arching his neck so ShaKitta and Tier could talk without shouting. He was used to being used as impromptu lounge furniture or transportation, and was quite happy to oblige.

Tier blinked. "But it's gibberish. . ." She reiterated. "I know a whole lot of human languages and that's definitely not one of them! Right, Jasc? Gibberish!"
Tier patted Jasc, expecting to be backed up.

"He's speakin in a Jamaican tounge! It's not Gibbish!" She exclaimed feeling insulted from her Jamaican ways.

(You said the Shaman was speaking words that only ShaKitta and the dream people understood, so Nightmaren who encounter most languages would understand unless it were gibberish, as most dream talk is)

Tier frowned. "He's speaking in dream talk, you only think it's Jamaican because that's what you expect. . . I may not be fluent, but I know that's not real Jamaican!"
Tier settled further back on Jasc's head. ". . . or German or Gaelic or English or Italian or Spanish or Japanese or any other human language I've encountered. . ."

Tier was a little miffed that ShaKitta hadn't realized this.

ShaKitta lookeds at the shaman and puzzled. About a few minutes she starts to hear what Teir was talking about. He weren't really speaking Jamacian, HE WAS SPEAKING GIBBERISH! She twitched her eye and yelled out," OH MY GOSH! YA RIGHT! They are speakin gibbish!" she felt so dumbfounded right now.
